Need that item asap? Next working day delivery needs to be placed by 4.00pm Eastern Time to be delivered up to 4.30pm the next working day.

USA NEXT DAY DELIVERY:

Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 4pm Eastern Time or on the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

OUR POLICY:

We take pride in our Havana Boutique items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If you’re returning something faulty, damaged, or soiled please contact ONLINE@THEHAVANABOUTIQUE.COM prior to sending any return.

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Havana Boutique, we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. We will issue store credit only. This applies to any item despatched to us within 10 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Havana Boutique when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 10 days of receipt.

Some items are not eligible for a return but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.

Credit notes can only be used in our online store.
