For preorders each piece is custom-made for you, to order. Processing time takes about 15-20 business days depending on the piece. Once the shipment has been completed, we will email you with a tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to international delays in shipping due to COVID-19, custom preorders may take up to 4 weeks to be completed. Because of this, once received to Havana Boutique Headquarters, we will be shipping out preorders to your address with Priority 2-Day Shipping. Thank you for your continued patience during this time!
